Norma Norcross, RN, LMT, MMP
After working in the hospitality and healthcare industry for several years, Norma decided to explore a career in massage therapy. In 2003, she graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. Norma went on to work at some of the top spas and destination resorts on the Cape, perfecting her skills in massage, and spa services and expanding her knowledge in business. In July 2007, she ventured out to open her own business, Massage Therapy by Norma Eberle, later opening Moon Tide Massage in Osterville which evolved into Moontide Massage & Wellness, now located in Centerville, MA.
Dedicated to her craft and to helping her clients along the path to wellness, Norma has taken many additional hours of training in massage techniques such as Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Deep Massage, and medical massage (MMP), and is currently studying to become a certified Neuromuscular Therapist. To expand her knowledge of healthcare and its relation to massage therapy and healing techniques, Norma studied to become a Registered Nurse and graduated from Cape Cod Community College in May 2013. She continues to regularly attend classes in the massage and healthcare professions.
Norma's approach to healing through massage involves taking time to truly listen to her clients' needs and expectations so she can tailor her service to give them the best experience possible. The goal is to provide relief to those who are experiencing pain and to coordinate with other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment plan and care of her clients.
Naomi Holmes, LMT, MLD-C
Naomi is well-versed in a range of massage modalities, including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping therapy, IASTM/gua sha, and prenatal techniques. Since her days at Cape Cod Tech High School, where she specialized in health technologies, Naomi has been driven by her passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Having graduated from Plymouth Spa Tech Institute as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Naomi is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring new dining experiences with her family.
With her compassionate nature and commitment to promoting wellness, Naomi is currently accepting new clients.
Caroline White, LMT, OMT
Caroline possesses a diverse array of massage therapy skills, ranging from Swedish massage to deep tissue, cupping therapy, IASTM/gua sha, and prenatal techniques. Recently, she attained her certificate in Orthopedic massage.
Her journey commenced at Cape Cod Rehab Physical Therapy and Fitness, where she served as a Rehab Aid, assisting patients with orthopedic injuries both on land and in water using the Burdenko Method. Caroline's dedication extended to teaching Burdenko classes at Cape Cod Rehab, where she empowered individuals to enhance their flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
Observing the synergy between manual therapy and physical rehabilitation in a clinical setting ignited Caroline's passion for massage therapy. She perceives massage therapy as a vital modality for holistic healing throughout one's lifespan, tailored to individual needs and injuries.
With a Bachelor's degree in movement science from Westfield State University and a graduate from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth for massage therapy, Caroline is committed to advancing her expertise. She is aiming to pursue further education in Neuromuscular Therapy and Medical Massage Therapy, aligning with her inclination towards a rehabilitative approach.
Continuing her professional development, Caroline honed her Orthopedic Massage skills under the mentorship of experts like Tom Karis, OMT, and Whitney Lowe, OMT. Dedicated to her clients' well-being, Caroline welcomes new clients into her practice, where her passion for healing through massage therapy shines.

Meet our Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Bryce Moore, NMD
Dr. Moore is a licensed naturopathic medical doctor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He earned his doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the four-year accredited program at Bastyr University in San Diego, California, a leading institution for training natural healthcare professionals. For over three years, while seeing patients at the Bastyr University Clinic, he applied concepts of holistic and conventional medicine to treat the underlying cause of disease, manage symptoms, and improve quality of life. Dr. Moore’s clinical training focused on integrative cancer care, autoimmune disease, and holistic pain management. He also assisted with patient care at the University of California, San Diego Center for Integrative Medicine, where he learned to manage complex chronic pain using natural therapies.
Naturopathic doctors like Dr. Moore are extensively trained in the safe, effective use of lifestyle medicine, nutritional interventions, and prescription medications. To practice, they must complete a rigorous education and pass two comprehensive licensing examinations.
Dr. Moore integrates natural therapies and collaborates with prescribing providers when pharmaceutical interventions are necessary. He often recommends lifestyle, nutritional changes, and high-quality supplements to help prevent or reduce the need for medication. While natural therapies are potent when used correctly, more severe illnesses or acute conditions may require pharmaceuticals. In these cases, Dr. Moore advises patients on the proper use of medications to mitigate adverse effects and ensure a balance between managing symptoms and addressing their underlying cause.
