Caroline W., LMT, OMT
Caroline possesses a diverse array of massage therapy skills, ranging from Swedish massage to deep tissue, cupping therapy, IASTM/gua sha, and prenatal techniques. Recently, she attained her certificate in Orthopedic massage.
Her journey commenced at Cape Cod Rehab Physical Therapy and Fitness, where she served as a Rehab Aid, assisting patients with orthopedic injuries both on land and in water using the Burdenko Method. Caroline's dedication extended to teaching Burdenko classes at Cape Cod Rehab, where she empowered individuals to enhance their flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
Observing the synergy between manual therapy and physical rehabilitation in a clinical setting ignited Caroline's passion for massage therapy. She perceives massage therapy as a vital modality for holistic healing throughout one's lifespan, tailored to individual needs and injuries.
With a Bachelor's degree in movement science from Westfield State University and a graduate from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth for massage therapy, Caroline is committed to advancing her expertise. She is aiming to pursue further education in Neuromuscular Therapy and Medical Massage Therapy, aligning with her inclination towards a rehabilitative approach.
Continuing her professional development, Caroline honed her Orthopedic Massage skills under the mentorship of experts like Tom Karis, OMT, and Whitney Lowe, OMT. Dedicated to her clients' well-being, Caroline welcomes new clients into her practice, where her passion for healing through massage therapy shines.
Caroline is currently accepting new clients.

Katie M., RN, Spinal Energetics Practitioner
Katie M.
Katie is a registered nurse, Reiki practitioner, and certified Spinal Energetics practitioner.
Her path into this work has been shaped by a deep calling to bridge the physical and energetic aspects of healing. While her nursing background provided a strong foundation in physical care, she often felt something was missing in the traditional model. This led her to explore practices that acknowledged the whole person—mind, body, and energy. Her search eventually brought her to somatic and energetic healing, nervous system regulation, and ultimately to Spinal Energetics.
Through her own healing journey with Spinal Energetics, Katie gained the tools to release long-held patterns, reconnect with her body, and experience a sense of wholeness that had long eluded her. The work was so transformative that she knew immediately she wanted to share it with others.
In June 2024, she completed her training in Spinal Energetics—a personally profound and professionally affirming experience. Today, Katie supports others in releasing what no longer serves them, reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom, and creating space for healing on all levels.
She currently offers sessions at Moontide Massage & Wellness in Centerville, Cape Cod. Katie is honored to walk alongside others on their healing journeys and to hold space for the intelligence already within them to rise, move, and restore balance.

My appointment with Matthew was THE BEST pampered gift I could give myself prior to my surgery! Matthew has the most gifted hands for finding all my knots. I could feel each one dissolve under his fingers. It made my recovery much easier. Thank you Matthew!

Matthew’s work is AMAZING! He is an empathetic, caring individual who does great work. He listened for my issues, made me feel at ease and corrected the large amount of trigger points mainly in my traps. I already recommended his services twice after leaving my session today!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. Matt is incredible, he’s so sweet and so funny but also insanely talented. 10 out of 10 recommend you see him. I have a desk job that has left me with lots of tension in my neck, shoulders, hips, basically everywhere and I left there literally feeling taller and actually able to move again. This was my first time going here and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Matt!
